About Krystal
Cleaning |

Krystal Cleaning Ltd (previously
Krystal Cleaning Services) was
formed in February 1991. After
spending several years working for
cleaning contracts in the local
area, the proprietor felt that the
knowledge and experience gained,
together with attention to detail
would form the basis for a
successful new business. |
|
The emphasis is on the highest
possible standards of cleaning, with
quality at least matching the best
competitors and far exceeding most
others. |
|
The current structure of the company
is headed up by Richard Landen
(Director), along with four
full-time and many part-time members
of staff and a pool of other
freelance service providers from
whom we can employ as and when
required. In addition, we employ
spring cleaning and carpet cleaning
specialists. |
|

A Typical Day at Work
Our domestic cleaning teams
would clean 2-3 large houses
per day, depending on size
of house.
We are happy to
initiate a room cleaning
schedule. |

The Success
Story
We believe the reason for the
success of Krystal Cleaning is that
it is a small company. All aspects
of our service, from spending time
reviewing the areas that we have
cleaned, to providing calls to
ensure there are no potential areas
of concern, must be second to none. |

Some Of Our
Clients
A primary success has been the Coca
Cola contract, held for over three
and a half years. We established a
feedback system whereby Coca Cola
could identify any concerns they had
on a monthly basis. To date, this
system has worked very well, not
only in commercial contracts, but
with domestic clients too. |
|
Other clients have included the
Chief Executive of the Congestion
Charge, the Queen's hairdresser and
Vodafone. The Wiltshire construction
company (Reading & Winchester) use
Krystal Cleaning almost exclusively
for their cleaning requirements. |
